Start ASAP – 30/08/2018 (potentially longer)
The position is for a Consultant Breast Surgeon. It would be expected for a Consultant Breast Surgeon to be able to undertake new and follow up breast clinics independently, to be able to perform results clinics including discussing cancer diagnoses and to undertake surgery for breast cancer preferably including some oncoplastic work although this is not essential.
There CV needs to be able to demonstrate these skills for instance with evidence of FRCS (gen surg), some continuing professional development, communication skills training and a log book of procedures they have undertaken. Also references which are recent and from a surgical colleague, with good feedback
All locums are paid through 247 Time and PAYE
We have onsite accommodation if required at £26- £43 per night.
