Hertfordshire County Council are looking for an experienced Social Worker to complete duty/short term tasks. Experience in safeguarding is essential, as is an understanding of financial charging and the legislation around adult social care. Knowledge of NHS Continuing Healthcare is a must. We serve the older population in a large area and work in an integrated way with our health colleagues.
Specifications
- 3 year experience
- Experience using liquid logic based systems is desirable.
- Experience in safeguarding is essentialHCPC registration
- Qualified Social Worker Qualification (Dip, BA, MA etc.
- Car driver – access to own transport
