- Occupational Therapist needed to cover 12 months maternity leave starting early July 2018.
Cheshire East Local Authority require a part time experienced OT to work in a front line community team based adults team covering a wide area of Cheshire.
Experience in Adult and Children's assessment is essential for this role.
General OT assessments, moving and handling, completing risk assessments, assessing and dealing with adaptations, assessing and ordering specialist equipment, covering duty within the teams, screening referrals, supporting frontline staff, applications for DFG's, experience of multi agency working essential.
