- Assess the functional needs of disabled people in their own homes
- Enhance independence, safety and quality of life
- Undertake assessments and arrange subsequent services
- Supervision of, and allocation of work to, assistants and support staff
Available immediately for approx. 3 months. Current HCPC/DBS. Social Care experience and Moving and Handling skills.
