The postholder will act as a Qualified Mental Health Social Worker, carrying out Social Work duties in the Mental Health Care of Older People Community Team.
The postholder must have experience working in integrated teams and have knowledge of Rio and Mosaic/Frameworki.
Specifications
- Honours Degree or Diploma in Social Work or CQSW.
- Registration as a Social Worker with the HCPC.
