An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Shared MASH covering Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster, and Kensington & Chelsea. We are looking for one full time Agency Social Worker (RBKC contract) to cover a temporary position within the team. The MASH Service provides a quick and effective safeguarding response to referrals of concern for children across the three boroughs. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual who enjoys working in a multi-agency environment. We are looking for a qualified Social Work practitioner with previous experience of working in a safeguarding setting who enjoys working with other members of the team to develop strategies to improve the effectiveness of the service and quality of information shared. They must be enthusiastic about developing strong multi-agency relationships with internal and external partners as well as with colleagues across the three boroughs. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to develop their understanding of the MASH Service, develop different skills in risk analysis and help to participate in the on-going development of the service.
Specifications
- Qualified Social Worker and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- 2 years PQE
