Older Persons Team in Cambridge is looking for five experienced, qualified Social Workers to join their busy team.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to work both independently and as part of a Multi-disciplinary team, and be committed to making a positive difference for the people they support. The successful candidates will have excellent organisational skills, be willing to use their initiative to work in innovative ways.
A good understanding of the Care Act 2014 and experience in dealing with complex cases is essential including undertaking Care Act compliant assessments, undertaking Safeguarding investigations and participating in the Continuing Health Care process.

- MUST have Qualified Social Worker Qualification (Dip, BA, MA etc.)
