The Community Team for People with a Learning Disability (CTPLD) provides outcome focused assessments to eligible residents with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead. They facilitate the delivery of those identified services in order to achieve desired outcomes. CTPLD are currently looking for a qualified Social Worker to join our multi-disciplinary Community Team for People with a Learning Disability. You will need good assessment skills, have experience of Safeguarding and Risk Assessment and have a good working knowledge of the Care Act and the Mental Capacity Act. For this role you must hold a full, current driving license with daily use of a car.
