Working with local policy and developments, services are growing to support our ambition to help adults live safe, healthy and independent lives by offering enhanced preventative and pro-active services. Our multi-skilled locality teams enables us to be responsive to individuals, whatever their needs.
We are looking for a skilled Team Manager, with experience in mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities or older people, to help us drive our forward our ambition. Knowledge of adult safeguarding and hospital discharges would be advantageous. Essential, would be a passion for supporting people to have the best lives possible and the values and knowledge of delivering strengths-based, personalised, safe and effective services.

Specifications
- Must be able to travel freely throughout the county
- HCPC registration
- Qualified Social Worker Qualification (Dip, BA, MA etc.)
- Previous management experience in adult social care
