The Senior Social Worker will manage the team of 6 social workers within the newly formed Review Team for City, South and East Adult services. This is a six month project to address the significant backlog of reviews
This team will reduce the number of backlog reviews and enable a more proactive approach to be taken with future reviews. Without a Senior Social Worker there would not be the quality assurance that is essential for the team
